What you receive

The 500 and 1,000 plans provide on-site access to fixed selections of business entries. The full-library plan provides access to the entire available collection, including clearly labelled unverified entries. All plans contain the same types of fields where those details have been established. A blank field means we have not established that detail; it is not a promise that every entry contains a phone number, email or founder name.

Verification and intended use

“Verified” or “matched” confirms the identity link between a business’s Instagram account and website. Contact details reflect public business listings at the time of collection. Business details can change. The collection includes D2C brands and other business categories, and is not a representation that every entry is an Indian-owned D2C product brand. Use your own judgement and check important details before outreach or business decisions. Replies, conversions, customers and revenue are not guaranteed.

Your account and lifetime access

Your purchase is attached to your signed-in account. Lifetime access means access for as long as this library service operates, without a recurring subscription fee for the purchased plan. Keep your account secure. A base plan permits your own use through the website; it does not permit account sharing, automated extraction, redistribution or resale of the collection. Normal viewing does not make technical copying impossible, but it remains subject to these terms.

Upgrades and future additions

You may upgrade to a larger base plan. The checkout shows the credit for eligible amounts you actually paid for earlier base plans and the remaining amount due. Discounted amounts, rather than undiscounted list prices, determine credit. The full-library and download editions include future additions if we choose to make them. There is no promised number or frequency of updates. The 500 and 1,000 selections do not automatically receive new entries.

The separate download licence

After a base-plan purchase, you may buy the separate ₹3,000 full-library download licence. It permits downloading, editing, reusing, sharing and reselling the supplied collection. It does not change your base on-site browsing tier. Downloads contain the collection available when the file is generated; a downloaded file does not update itself. You may return for a newer export while the service and your licence remain available.

This licence covers the supplied collection and our permission to use it. It does not transfer ownership of third-party trademarks, logos, websites, personal data or other third-party rights, or grant exclusive rights in public business facts. Any reuse or resale must comply with applicable law and must not misrepresent the data’s verification, freshness or origin.

Payments and offer codes

Checkout displays your final payable amount before payment. Only eligible codes apply; the download licence is excluded from base-plan discounts. Access is granted after a payment is confirmed, not simply after visiting a payment return page. Do not pay again if your bank shows a debit but access is pending; contact support with the order reference. Any affiliate commission is our arrangement with the creator and does not add a separate charge to your order.

Refunds and corrections

Change-of-mind refunds are not offered after digital access or file delivery. This does not remove rights or remedies required by applicable law for non-delivery, material misdescription, deficiency or other qualifying failures. For an access problem or a specific data issue, contact support with your order reference and affected Lead ID. We will assess requests for correction, replacement or refund against the product description and applicable requirements. Duplicate or incorrect charges should be reported promptly.

Responsible outreach

Use public business information for lawful, relevant communication. Respect opt-outs, applicable privacy rules and the terms of the platforms you use. Access to this library is not consent from listed businesses to receive unsolicited messages. Do not use it for harassment, deception or unlawful activity.
