2000+D2C BRANDS DATASHEET

YOUR ACCOUNT, YOUR INFORMATION

Privacy.

This page explains the information used to run the 2000 D2C Brands Datasheet store and lead library. For a privacy question or request, email support.d2cbrandsdatasheet@gmail.com.

Information used to provide the service

We process your sign-in identifier and email, purchased plans, order references, payment status, coupon use and support conversations. A phone number supplied at checkout is passed to the payment provider for payment processing and communication. Authentication is handled by Clerk. Payments are handled by Cashfree; we do not receive your card security code or banking password.

Access and payment records

Account and order records are used to grant the right library access, prevent duplicate or fraudulent transactions, calculate upgrades and provide support. The service is hosted on Vercel, with application records in Neon. Transactional email may be delivered through Resend. These providers process information as needed for the service and under their own applicable terms.

Your lead outcomes, priority flags, follow-up dates and notes are saved to your account. Other buyers and creators cannot see them. A short-lived profile access record is used to enforce the account’s viewing allowance. Your account email is displayed on private library screens.

Offer codes and creator attribution

When you arrive through a tagged campaign link, the site stores limited campaign tags in your browser’s session storage and attaches them to a checkout. These help us understand sales sources. If a purchase uses an affiliate code, its attribution and commission are recorded. Creators receive sale and commission updates; those notifications do not need to include the buyer’s contact details.

Cookies and analytics

Authentication and security use necessary cookies. Campaign attribution uses session storage. Referral links use a cookie to remember the creator offer for the browser session and a separate short-lived cookie to count repeat visits once within 30 minutes. Order-based reporting measures sales from recorded transactions. If you enable optional analytics, we use a short-lived browser visit identifier to measure actions such as viewing prices, opening the preview, using the checkout and confirming a purchase. We use Google Analytics for storefront behavior when you enable that option. If you enable optional marketing measurement, Meta Pixel receives storefront and purchase events to help measure ads. Payment events sent to these providers can include a transaction reference, product, amount and currency. The tracking code does not send contact fields, tracker notes, search text or checkout form data. If you allow analytics, our own report also counts the lead and contact slot you copy and changes to your outcome, priority and follow-up flags. We count edits to notes without collecting their text in analytics. These buyer usage details stay in the store’s reporting system. Provider tags can process browser, network and cookie information. Use Measurement preferences on the storefront to change your choice.

Library information

The lead library contains business information assembled from public and supplied sources. “Verified” describes the Instagram–website identity check. Respect each business’s contact preferences. If your business is listed and a detail is wrong, or you have a removal or privacy concern, contact support with the business name, relevant URL and the issue. We may ask for enough information to establish your relationship to the listing.

Retention and your choices

Account, purchase and support records are retained while needed to provide access, resolve issues, maintain required records and address disputes or misuse. You can request correction, access or deletion through the support email. Some transaction or security records may need to be retained for legal or legitimate operational reasons. We retain first-party measurement events and their link to an order for up to 90 days, with scheduled cleanup. We will explain relevant limits when responding. Deleting an account can affect access to purchases, so contact support first if you need help preserving an order reference.

Security and contact

Private library and account data are accessed through authenticated server routes. No internet service can promise absolute security. Keep your account credentials private and report suspected unauthorised access promptly. Support is based in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh, India, at support.d2cbrandsdatasheet@gmail.com.
